Refund Policy

1. February 1st, by February 28th:  75% of full registration fee

2. March 1st,  by March 31st: 50% of full registration fee

3. April 1st by April 30th: 25% of full registration fee

4. After May 1st: No Refund

Notes on Refund Policy:

1. The EFFECTIVE DATE FOR ALL REFUNDS shall be the date that the ZONE COORDINATOR has been informed that the player has quit.

2. A FORMAL LETTER/EMAIL concerning the player must also be provided to the Zone Coordinator within SEVEN (7) DAYS of notification the player has quit.

3. Refunds in the form of cash WILL NOT BE ALLOWED for registrations, or portion of, which were paid for using KIDSPORT.

4. The above policy will be applied to ALL CASES OF PLAYERS QUITTING including medical reasons, injuries, relocation, etc.  The Zone 1 Executive WILL NOT ACCEPT APPEALS concerning our Refund Policy under any circumstances. 

5. These refund policies do NOT include refunds due to league and or provincial COVID restrictions as these will be evaluated on an ongoing basis.
