NOTICE OF AGM
Hello Families,
In just a few short weeks we will be having our Annual General Meeting (AGM). What does this entail?
***We also ask that a coach from the Junior teams (U11-U17) be available to attend the meeting to give your annual report about your season. If all coaches from the same team are unavailable to attend, please email Rhonda a copy of your team report to be read at the meeting.
Positions that need to be filled this year as their terms are up:
Commissioner - 2 year term
Treasurer - 2 year term
Apparel/Uniforms Manager - 2 year term
Coach Liaison - 2 Year term
3 members at large - 1 year term - ONLY if the above positions are filled.Date: September 14th
