Reminder: Pitcher/Catcher Development

Hello Families,

We have our December development ready to go. 

Please join us at Nutana Collegiate on December 13th, from 6-9pm.
6-7:30 - Catchers - Catching Instruction will be put on by Ryan Ray/ 222's Fastpitch
7:30-9 - Pitchers - Pitching will be instructed by 1 or 2 of the 222's Fastpich instructors.

This session is for anyone who would like to become a catcher or pitcher and it is also for our current pitchers and catchers. 

DID YOU KNOW? 

• Each U11 and U13 team should have at least 5-6 pitchers per team, as welll as 3-4 catchers per team! The more the merrier at these age groups. It would be FANTASTIC if a each team of players could pitch and/or catch. This is important for these age groups as they aren't specializing in positional play, meaning they will and should be playing every position on the field until U15.

• Each U15 and U17 team should have 3-4 pitchers and 2-3 catchers! The number goes down a bit as this is when each player starts to specialize their play positions a bit more regular.

So, if your player wants to learn to pitch or catch, bring her on out December 13th.

If your player wants to improve their pitching or catching, we hope to see you there, December 13th.
